By purchasing service from Squinky Hosting, you agree to be bound to the following:
- This agreement may change at any time. You are bound to all changes in this agreement.
- You bear the risk of any loss incurred by the use of squinkyhosting.com services, including but not limited to loss of data or revenue. Any theft of personal information or data is your responsibility.
- You understand that all hosting is performed on a shared server. You agree not to intefere with the service of others using the server, and will not hold squinkyhosting.com responsible for losses incurred from other users of the server.
- You are of legal age to enter into this agreement.
- Billing is performed annually. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Failure to pay within 30 days may result in the termination of your account.
- You agree to notify squinkyhosting.com of your intent to terminate your service at least 30 days in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.
- Free domains are renewed with your account hosting. Squinkyhosting.com is not responsible for domain names that may be lost as a result of not paying your invoices. Transfer of domain names incurs a $15 fee. Each additional domain name is $10/year.
- Terminated accounts may be subject to a $25 reinstatement fee.
- Prohibited Activities:
- spam, email bombing, excessive email, and unsolicited email
- offensive content, including (but not limited to) pornography, vulgarities, harassment,and obscenities
- distribution of illegal content, viruses, or information pertaining to the obtainment of such content
- using squinkyhosting.com networks to engage in packet spoofing, hacking, denial-of-service attacks, and any other illegal, offensive, or inappropriate conduct
