Your computer hardware comes with a full 1-year warranty on parts and labor. The following, however, can void your warranty:

1. Physical Damage – This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the unit caused by any physical misuse or abuse of the system, fire, flood, power surges, and any damage incurred to the system by an entity other than Squinky, LLC. Please insure your package if you need to ship it to Squinky, LLC.

2. Viruses – Any harmful software on the system becomes the responsibility of the user to remove. Virus removal and software support are not included in your warranty.

Shipping to Squinky, LLC is the responsibility of the shipper. Squinky, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels sent in for repair and warranty service.

This warranty begins on the date of delivery.

Your software and data comes with no warranty. Data recovery is the full responsibility of the client.
